Wishing to introduce you to all the wonders in the Ribera del Duero, Hotel AF Pesquera pays tribute to the wine universe and its land, creating tailor – made experienc es through Origen – es, its gastro – restaurant, and in partnership with its two wineries in Ribera del Duero: Condado de Haza and Tinto Pesquera, the origins of the Familia Fernández Rivera Group and a major player in bringing the Ribera de Duero Designation of Origin to its high standard.

With Chef David Pérez Ruiz at the helm, the hotel opened its own restaurant under the name Origen - es, where the grill shares the limelight with meat, fish and locally sourced ingredients, especially focusing its own produce from the family estate, Dehesa La Granja. Also, the wine list boasts vintages that are no longer in the market as well as m ore recent wines of Familia Fernández Rivera, alongside a large variety of champagnes and sparkling wines and other Spanish names.
